Okay, okay, I know: poetry can be scary. What even is a poem? How do I write it?! What if it’s not any “good”?
In this online, two hour workshop we will play games and use fun writing prompts to take poems a little less seriously. It is a nonjudgemental, creative space where we can play with words together and maybe even share some of our creations. You’ll be surprised what you can come up with!
Whether the only poem you’ve ever written is a limerick from grade 2 or you’re a published wordsmith looking for inspiration, this online workshop is for you. All you need is a piece of paper and pen or computer, and some openness to try something new.
